Hi, my name is David Hess. I host the Rising Above Podcast. The Rising Above Podcast is a casual talk show that is dedicated to giving a voice to those who typically wouldnt have one. David Hess the host of the Rising Above Podcast started this platform as a way for him to share his persoanl story of overcoming the foster care system and much of the abuse he endured throughout his life. One thing that David is a firm believer on is that you \" DO NOT NEED TO LET YOUR circumstances DEFINE WHO YOU ARE FOR THE REST OF TIME\".

David has dedicated most of his free time helping others share their personal stories of overcoming or their journey of \"rising above\".

David hopes that his work with the Rising Above Podcast shines bright into his community and into the world to help inspire a positive change.
